phew!~~... jus now go watch Money no enough use 2. the movie was good.... the content was quite unexpected..well. .at least unexpected for me. its more conventional... it wasnt the typical older jack neo's movie. It was funny... but i think lesser funny.... and there was much much more meaning and purpose in the new movie... to me... my impression of the movie after watching it is that how "money" or the "thirst for money" led the modern society into such "sort of cruel state". my 'cruel state' here refer to all the children(as in adult children) being bad to their parents. unfilial and "wang en fu yi" attitude of children towards parents were clearly reflected in the movie. Normally, when a movie ends... as in at the credit part... the audiences will proceed and 'dispersed" themselve... but in this new jack neo production, almost everybody stayed behind and "Finished" the whole movie.. including the credit part, it was until all the light was switched on and the hall was very very filled with light and the sccreen has totally nth but blankness tht the audiences had started to move....
from here.. it is easily noticed tht this movie had made a impact... a positive one. it was more scary oso.... showing us how youngsters literally CON their old parents to old folk home and how the old women cried and cried and cried looking and shouting out to her son not to abandon her...and then.. the old women eventually collapse..
i guess there isant one part of the movie that u would cry on.. bcos even at the saddest part.. theres is something tht jack neo purposely input that put the smile back onto ur face.. which i think takes a lot of skill.....
but afterall... its from jack neo... and theres still a lot of thing that is like those old movie... like those very very fake computer effect... and indirectly sarcastically bad mouthing the goverment... and a very very laughable modified national song... in HOKKIEN!! GOOGGOO
